What Tyler can do
Tyler has two modes depending on context:
Questions and guidance Ask about any Leadmeister feature — how to set up a campaign, what a field does, why a run is stuck. Tyler draws on the product knowledge base and answers in plain language.
Actions on your account (signed-in users only) Tyler can read your live data and take actions on your behalf:
| What to ask | What Tyler does | |---|---| | "Show me my last 5 runs" | Retrieves your recent run history | | "What's my email quota this month?" | Checks your current usage against your plan | | "Update my email prompt to focus on…" | Patches your email settings | | "Search for SaaS companies with 50–200 staff in London" | Runs a prospect search | | "Enrich those contacts" | Enriches the contacts from the last search | | "Push them to CRM" | Creates new leads in your connected CRM | | "Start an email run" | Queues an outreach run | | "Pause the current run" | Pauses it | | "What's my LinkedIn daily limit?" | Reads your LinkedIn settings | | "Set my LinkedIn schedule to weekdays 9–5" | Updates your LinkedIn schedule | | "Why is my run showing 'Too recent'?" | Explains the error |
Confirmation cards
Every write action (changing settings, starting runs, pushing data to CRM, etc.) shows a Tyler wants to… card before anything happens. The action only executes when you click Approve. If you don't want it to proceed, click Cancel.
This applies to every write step — Tyler will ask even mid-chain. If you're doing a multi-step flow (search → enrich → push), each step gets its own approval card. Clicking Approve quickly keeps the flow moving.
Giving Tyler context
Tyler works best with specific requests. For example:
- Instead of "help me with email" → "update my email max word count to 200"
- Instead of "fix my LinkedIn" → "set my LinkedIn hourly invite limit to 8"
- Instead of "what happened?" → "show me the detail on my last run"
For criteria and field updates, Tyler always fetches the current configuration first before proposing any changes — so it won't accidentally overwrite your existing setup.
Accuracy
Tyler reports numbers exactly as returned by the system. If a push creates 5 of 6 records successfully, Tyler says "5 of 6 created" and explains the failure — it won't say "all done" if one failed.
On public pages
The Tyler button is also available on the public marketing site (landing page, pricing, FAQ). In that context, Tyler answers questions about the product but cannot access or modify your account data — it's read-only and not connected to your session.
Contacting support
If Tyler can't resolve your issue, you can reach the team directly:
