Search filters
Two panels on the left:
Target Account Filters (company-level)
- Company name — narrows to companies whose name or profile contains the term.
- Keywords — comma-separated; matches company descriptions.
- Industry sector — multi-select with a filter bar; the industry taxonomy.
- Employees — headcount band pills.
- Location — countries (multi-select).
- Min / Max Revenue — dollar figures.
Contact Filters (person-level)
- Job titles — comma-separated, e.g. "CTO, VP Engineering".
- Seniority — pills for C-suite / VP / Director / Manager / etc.
- Contactability — "Has email" + "Has mobile" toggles. Both default ON so you only see reachable contacts.
Clear and Save
- Clear search button sits next to the Search button in the actions row. Orange when there are filters to clear.
- Save search as… input next to the Search button — persists a filter combination by name. Saved searches appear as chips below; click to reload, × to delete.
Filters auto-persist to localStorage so they survive page reloads until cleared.
Company results
After clicking Search, the middle area fills with company rows. Each shows name, industry, headcount, revenue, location, and a count of matching contacts.
- Click the expand arrow on a row to see the specific people who match your Contact Filters.
- "Not enriched" pills indicate firmographics (tech stack, keywords) haven't been fetched yet.
Enrichment
Enrichment reveals email addresses and mobile numbers for individual contacts. Costs one enrichment credit per person.
Per-company enrichment
Pulls firmographics (industry detail, tech stack, keywords) for a whole company — doesn't touch contact details.
- Tick company rows → Enrich selected companies above the table.
Per-contact enrichment
Email + mobile for a specific person.
- Expand the company row → click Enrich next to a contact.
- Email appears instantly. Mobile is async (Apollo's phone-reveal flow) — a pulsing "Mobile pending…" pill shows until Apollo posts back (15s to 5 min).
- "No mobile on file" appears if Apollo confirmed the person had no mobile.
Batch contact enrichment
- Tick multiple contacts across companies → Enrich selected prospects above the table.
- Progress modal shows enrichment happening 10 at a time.
Push to CRM
Creates new records in your connected CRM (Zoho, Pipedrive, or HubSpot — whichever you have connected on the Connections page). Your existing Email and LinkedIn campaigns can then pick them up from any view that includes them.
- Tick contacts → Push to CRM above the table. Or click the per-contact Push to CRM button on each expanded row.
- Confirmation modal shows the count about to be created.
- Runs in batches. Each CRM handles de-duplication differently — Zoho de-dupes by email; Pipedrive and HubSpot create new records (check for duplicates in your CRM after pushing if you're unsure).
"In CRM" badge
A green In CRM badge appears next to a contact's name once they've been pushed. The badge is CRM-aware: it only shows if the contact was pushed to your currently connected CRM. If you switch CRMs (e.g. disconnect Pipedrive and connect HubSpot), the badge clears for contacts pushed to the old CRM — they aren't automatically in the new one.
CRM field mapping
- Map CRM fields button (Zoho users only) lets you tell Leadmeister which Zoho fields to write Apollo's data into.
- Per-user mapping saved and reused for all future Zoho pushes until changed.
- Pipedrive and HubSpot use a fixed field mapping (name, email, phone, title, company, industry, website).
Saved searches
Chips beneath the Save input. Click a chip to reload its filters; click × to delete. Each user's saved searches are isolated from teammates'.
